Equipment
- Wood Fired Oven
Materials
- 1 Steak cut of your choice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 pinch salt
- 2 pinch pepper
Instructions
- First you want to set up by preparing your oven. After you have preheated your oven to 300 degrees, place two bricks in the center of the oven
- Use oven utensils to move some of the coals in between the bricks
- place a grill on top of the bricks
- Oil and season both sides of your steaks then place onto grill
- cook for 4 minutes both sides then take out of the oven and rest for 5 minutes (This will give you a medium steak)
