    Materials<\/h3>
    • 1\u00bd<\/span> cups<\/span> luke warm water<\/span><\/li>
    • 1<\/span> tsp<\/span> sugar<\/span><\/li>
    • 1<\/span> sachet<\/span> Edmonds Instant Dry Yeast<\/span> or 3tsp of Edmonds Surebake Yeast<\/span><\/li>
    • 4\u00bd<\/span> cups<\/span> 00 flour<\/span><\/li>
    • 1<\/span> tsp<\/span> salt<\/span><\/li>
    • 3<\/span> tbsp<\/span> herb infused olive oil<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

      Instructions<\/h3>
      • Firstly you want to add your luke warm water to a jug<\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • To your water add yeast and sugar, mix for 3 seconds with a fork <\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • Add flour and salt into the bowl of your cake mixer and mix to combine <\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • After 10 minutes your yeast mixture should be bubbly and have a yeasty aroma<\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • With the mixer on, pour your yeast mixture into the flour<\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • As soon as your dough has formed add your olive oil<\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • Mix for 10 minutes or until you can press the dough without it sticking to your fingers <\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • Place the dough in a bowl with either a damp tea-towel or glad-wrap over the top leave to prove until doubled in size <\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • What I like to do next is portion the dough into roughly 280 gram balls then allow to rest under a damp tea-towel until doubled in size again, this will make rolling your pizza base a lot easier<\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • Now your dough balls have rested, you're ready to roll those bases and create some beautiful pizzas.
