Lemon Pepper Monkfish and Prawns
A simple delicious seafood dish cooked in our Woodfired Oven
Equipment
- 1 Woofired Oven
- 1 Enamel Baking Dish
Materials
- 800g Large Monkfish Fillet
- 750g Raw Prawns Tail on, seasonsed with your choice (Garlic + Herb, Lemon + Dill)
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Instructions
- Pour a couple of tablespoons of Olive Oil into your cooking dish and turn the Monkfish filet until coated. Sprinkle with Lemon Pepper seasoning and then tuck under the thinner tail end of the fish to ensure an even cook.2. Cook in the hot oven with the door closed for 8 minutes. Remove and spread the prawns around the fish. Return to the oven and cook for another 5 minutes. 3. Serve with boiled new potatoes, sour cream and a garden salad. 4. Enjoy
